Hi! I’m Ashley, 24 years old. I currently work at Sephora as an Operations Associate. I am service oriented wanting to always be on the go, passionate about helping others and enjoy working. I have a passion for service, I easily interact with people and adapt to new environments fast. Hardworking and dependable, looking to obtain a full-time job and opportunity to learn and enhance my skills; welcomes the opportunity to learn and expand my current knowledge. 


 

Experience

I’ve been in Retail Operations/ Merchandising for over 7 years. Highly organized, team player but can work well independently and adapt well to new environments. I have also spent summers in the restaurant industry as a Hostess and Server. Patient will complex problems but always resolved in a timely manner with a positive attitude.

Education

In 2018 I enrolled in a program, Flight services - Operations and Cabin Operations at Seneca College. I have been in the retail / customer service field since I was 16 years old and love to travel so I thought to incorporate my both passions of customer service and travel into one. I then graduated with a diploma in 2020.
