 Worked with Reliance Industries Limited (DMD), as senior manager Mechanical from March 2023 to December 2023. 

 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 To carry out plant’s critical machinery overhauling as well as responsible for reliability of machines.  Identify and troubleshooting of critical machinery. (Pump, Compressors, Reactors etc)  Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and efficiency.  Manage departmental budgets, allocate resources effectively, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or quality.  Assist the Maintenance Engineering Superintendent and Planner with pre-planning of all planned turnarounds, shutdowns, and special projects including timing, accumulation of job lists, ordering of parts and materials, sequencing of jobs around a critical path, sizing of work crews based on job estimation, and preparation of an overall schedule. During the execution of these projects, monitor and advise the Maintenance Engineering Superintendent of the progress of the work.  To coordinate project and commissioning team during new projects.  Vibration analysis of machine and troubleshooting of machinery by Emerson 2140.  Maintain the Bently Nevada System1 data acquisition system and coordinate training to maintain a base  of expertise of vibration analysis knowledge in the maintenance department  Provided leadership and coaching to a staff of maintenance personnel for daily activities in maintaining the plant. Responsible for performance management, training and development.  Developed and managed an annual overhauling and replacement scheduling.  Conduct a critical spares review of all rotating equipment through SAP.  Audit and ensure compliance of the engineering data systems.  Working exposure with lean manufacturing concept like 5’S and RCM.  Reporting of authentic data & timely generation of reports of equipment MTBF, MTTR, BD/PM, and OEE,FMEA to management for monthly maintenance forum meeting.  Third party inspection introduction for stage inspection of material and services for quality.  Participating in senior management meetings and coordinating with various departments.  Following up with concerned party and commercial department for availability of material at the right time.  Performing inspection of site activities; executing required tests while commissioning for determining equipment capacity.  Structured shutdown micro-planning like spares,Introduction of SMP for machine maintenance. □ Experience of following mechanical equipments/systems during maintenance activities:  Pumps: Centrifugal, Reciprocating, Screw with mechanical seal.  Vacuum Systems: Twin lob type, Water and Oil ring vacuum pumps.  Blowers: Centrifugal blowers (ID & FD) and Lobe type blower.  Reactors/Agitator: SS, CI with mechanical seal  Compressors: Maintenance and overhauling of (1)Centrifugal multi stage compressor (Make-FS Elliote ). (2) Ethylene and propylene barrel type refrigeration compressor(Make: elliott ebara) (C2R & C3R  (2) Screw compressors for refrigeration system (i) single screw(make : hallscrew) and twin screw compressors. (Frick Jhonson)  Tubine : 5 to 25 MW impulse turbines overhauling (MAN).  Dryers : Rotary vacuum dryers for polymer (PTA) powder, Including its related drives like screw coveyors,bucket elevator pneumatic conveying system( Mecawber),rotary valve maintenance, calciner,ball mills,spray Dryers (Rotating disc type)  Sulphur handling pump: Centrifugal pump to transfer Sulphur (Kishor make)(vertical drive)  Cooling Towers: 3000TR Induced draught, Including split casing pump and CT fans. 

UPL LIMITED,(Unit-05- Jhagadia) as Team Leader – Mechanical (Dec 2014 to February 2023) 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Provide technical support to technician and team mates.  To conduct failure mode effect analysis.  Ensure adherence of predictive maintenance (CBM) with Pruftechnik vib expert vibration analyser of schedule for respective plant.  Carry out root cause analysis for critical machinery failure.  Team building and leading the team to achieve management requirement.  Coordination with concern department for maintenance task completion.  Developing proactive maintenance procedure by scheduled maintenance practices. For example oil replacement or checking interval, schedule maintenance plan for critical equipment.  Creating and monitoring life cycle asset management plan(LCAM).  To monitor overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) to smoothen production process.  Attend monthly forum meeting for maintenance review with senior management.

 Worked as trainee technician at workshop for overhauling of various pump and compressors.  Thickness mapping of vessels and Thermography of electric panels and motors.

 Ensure quality of welding and verify dimension of structural components.  Go through provided drawing to fabricate structural component with fabricator.

  Satyam Engineering at Birla Copper site as an Engineer. (Jan 2008 to Dec2009)

  Ensure quality of welding and verify dimension of structural components.  Go through provided drawing to fabricate structural component with fabricator.  Ensure welding quality of ducting with gauge.
