  • Spearheaded turnkey electrical and EPC Project with electrical, instrumentation/Automation, mechanical, Civil covering switchgear panel, Motors, cables, transformers, instrumentation, PLC programing, pumps, valves, piping, fabrication etc.
  • Managed entire gamut of tasks including sales, marketing, estimation, costing, importation cost, tendering, contract negotiations and techno-commercial operations
  • Weekly & Monthly project meeting with MS Project, Team Management, Planning & Supervising for installation of electrical drive panel, Exd JB & Isolator, Cable trench & Cable laying, pumps, pipe fabrication, hydro test & non-destructive test(NDT), instrumentation, PLC, overseas FAT & Operational Testing after complete installation.
  • Increased revenue and pipeline growth through strategic sales solutions, analytics and channel partner alliances within short time.
  • Developed, reviewed & reported on the business development strategy, ensuring strategic objectives are well understood & executed by the team of sales, workshop & site operation.
  • Pipelined sales based on market research, network management & client references; planned and prepared approaches, pitches & proposals, participated in pricing and work order negotiations.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges that could impact project success. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure smooth project delivery.
