I have around 17 years of experience as an Application developer and a Business System Analyst. During this span of my career, I have worked in the telecom sector for around 4.5 years and for 12.5 years on the banking sector. Having played the roles of Data Specialist, Application developer and Enhancement cum Maintenance lead (onshore & offshore) during this period I have gained significant experience in this field. I have good team building skills, very professional in approach and a good communicator with a can-do attitude. 

I have delivered several full lifecycle implementations of large Data warehousing projects in the domains of banking and telecommunications and have contributed to all phases of the Data warehouse project software development life cycles (SDLC) including interfacing with Business, Feasibility study, Design, Development, Implementation and Production Support. 

• More than 17 years of hands-on experience on Ab Initio ETL Development.
• Hands on experience on database technologies like Db2, Netezza, Oracle.
• Strong programming skills in Unix shell scripting.
• Have delivered several full lifecycle implementations of large Data warehousing projects in the domains of banking and telecommunications.
• Have contributed to all phases of the Data warehouse project software development life cycles (both SDLC and Agile).
• Was involved in multiple upgrade/migration projects e.g upgrade to AB Initio 3.17, Netezza migration etc.

I have completed Bachelor OF Technology in Computer Science and Engg  from Haldia Intsitue of Technology in 2005
