In my current role as Manufacturing Controller at Integrated Warehouse Solution I am responsible for overseeing four plants in between Canada (Toronto & Fort Erie) and the US (Columbus & Milwaukee) supporting the team to achieve their goals. Streamlining our cost structure and leading a team of 5 finance professionals. A few of my achievements include:

·       Maintaining the plants/Region P&L in steady rate avoiding the fluctuating rates was happening before I join the company.

·       Improving our production BOMs after deep analysis and updating it on timely basis to avoid missing costs and inventory variances.

·       Collaborate with the manufacturing team to identify areas of cost-saving, leading to 10% reduction in raw material waste.

·       Provide comprehensive financial reports and analysis to senior management, resulting in more informed strategic decisions.

• Work with Operations team to ensure accurate BOM costs.
• Work with Sales and Operations teams to calculate, and monitor, profitability per Product Line and product class with the goal of eventually getting down to the SKU level.
• Work with Operations to execute pre-built cycle count program with the aim of eliminating monthly physical count variances and reducing slow moving/obsolete write-offs.  Maintaining inventory count statistics and spot-check physical counts.
