A passionate and dedicated Servant Leader, certified Scrum Master and collaborative squad player with 7+ years experience in coaching and facilitating new and existing scrum squads on Agile methodologies including Scrum framework and Kanban in the Financial, E-commerce, Retail, Media and IT solutions industry. I pay much attention to team dynamics, fun collaboration, continuous learning and creating an enabling environment for improvement towards achieving a more matured and self-managing agile squad.

Responsibilities:
 Lead two Agile teams with total of 14 team members toward product development and on-time delivery by removing roadblocks and dependencies from other teams
 Work closely with the Product Owner in defining the product goal & roadmap
 Work effectively within the Scrum Team to remove impediments and track them in Jira
 Guide the team through continual improvement process and best practices.
 Ensure conducive environment which fostered self-organizing and self-managing team.
 Empower the Scrum team with regular inspect and adapt opportunities
 Encourage the Dev team to keep sprint backlog up to date
 Facilitate all Scrum Events including the Sprint, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Product Backlog Refinement. Workshops with stakeholders.
 Assist in defining and deploying the forward order processes and facilitated the continuous improvement of the existing process.
 Create Epics, Features & Stories for the team in Jira and assisted Product Owner
 JIRA admin activities for teams (created boards, workflows, filters, dashboards, reports using JQL.)
 Plan and track sprints closely and helped the team to focus on commitments & delivery
 Communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress to the teams and management
 Organize & facilitate Team and organization Agile maturity
 Facilitate retrospectives using innovation games techniques and closure of action items on improvements
 Reflect and radiate the metrics like burn down chart progress, quality, and velocity continuously to the team and various stakeholders
 Prepare various dashboards in Jira which reflects risks, dependencies, impediments
 Help Product owner with effective management of Features, Epics, Stories and prioritization
 Ensure INVEST criteria is met for all the user stories in backlog
 Effectively supporting the Delivery Squad through changes in objectives and re-prioritization of requirements.
 Apply human centered design (Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test, Implement)
