My professional experience revolves around bridging the gap between raw data and strategic business outcomes. I've focused on building robust Cloud solutions that not only handle vast amounts of information but also make that data accessible and understandable through powerful data analysis techniques. This has involved everything from designing secure data pipelines to creating interactive dashboards that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.

My academic background includes a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from July 2016 and a Diploma in Digital IT Computer Software Development from NAIT, expected in January 2025. While my resume doesn't explicitly list training in data analytics or cloud architecture as separate certifications, my professional experience and technical skills demonstrate practical application in these areas.

For example, I have experience with database management, including scripting with T-SQL, PL/SQL, and SQL, and data modeling. My work as a ServiceNow Integration Analyst involved maintaining complex queries against Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases for reporting and analytics. In terms of cloud architecture, I've successfully integrated cloud-native monitoring applications to map cloud resources  and deployed ServiceNow Service Mapping solutions for both on-premises and cloud resources.
