I am seeking an HR internship job. I am a second-year student at Thompson Rivers University. With the experience and skills that I have gained from my past experiences, I would like to apply for internships that will allow me to demonstrate my skills and knowledge and help the organization achieve its goals.

Previously, I have worked as a HR Intern while I was pursuing my graduation degree. My first HR Intern was in a company called The Entrepreneurship Network Company where I assisted my HR team in the selection process, provided vital support to the HR and recruiting team by organizing meetings/ interviews and making end day reports.My duties were to provide the employee IDs and updated the tracking spreadsheets.

Later, I got an opportunity through one of my professors to apply in a start-up company called TerraPay and I was successful in cracking the interview. Here, as it was a start-up I understood how everything works from scratch. I actively participated in regular meetings, updated the day to day work. Provided crucial front line assistance through actively attending the phone calls and taking the preliminary interviews. Used MS Excel to create and update the candidates profiles. I got good hands-on experience in data management, screening, sourcing and contributing significantly to the talent acquisition process.

Thereafter, I worked in an established company called Apollo Hospitals. As it was a big company, I maintained the confidential information of the organization. Showcased strong administrative skills and planning skills vital for HR Intern. Enhanced organizational filing systems, optimized accessibility and efficiency of confidential employee records. Performed a comprehensive survey for hospital employees, showcasing planning and organizational skills.

By the end of my graduation, I got a job as an HR in a reputed organization called Scepter Enterprise Pvt Ltd. With my experience and skills from my internships, I got this opportunity as a HR. I was extremely happy to get this job. I understood my interest and was able to put the theoretical knowledge that I gained as far into practise. I conducted one on one preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate sustainability and contributed to productive recruiting procedures. I got hands-on experience on payroll operations and played a pivotal role in establishing the East Coast Franchise. Thoroughly, engaged in defining employee roles, created job descriptions and handled administrative tasks.

I am pursuing my post-bac in human resource management at Thompson Rivers University. With a strong academic background in Human Resources and hands-on experience, I am eager to contribute to your dynamic team and further develop my skills in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
