Strategic and growth-oriented Human Resources professional with over 4 years of
progressive experience in HR leadership, employee relations, and organizational support.
Known for a commitment to excellence—not by striving to be the best, but by continuously
learning and improving. Proven success in full-cycle recruitment, payroll and benefits
administration, conflict resolution, and policy development. Passionate about building
inclusive, high-performing teams and aligning people strategies with organizational goals.
Currently pursuing CPHR designation, with a strong foundation in business administration
and leadership.

I completed a Bachelor degree in the field of Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources Management, from one of Canada's most prestigious private and fully accredited university, Trinity Western University. In that degree i took various courses on Business law, labour relations, compensation theory, training and development, and performance management. Unrelated to my degree, I took music production, history, philosophy, various accounting/finance/economics courses and french (je suis fluent en Francais).

I also received a certificate in applied leadership and public affairs through Trinity Western University's Laurentian Leadership Centre located in Ottawa Ontario.
