Experience
I have been working in the customer service industry for the better part of 6 years. I began in the food industry working side by side with the owner of a family owned chain in Toronto called Mamma's Pizza at 16 and since then I've specialized in customer relations, care, team training and management, cash handling, SOP's and inventory. While most of my position title's don't reflect it, I have been often put in a training, and lead position in most of my jobs. Once I've learned a job I am very good at not only succeeding in my job but in being able to train others in a way where results are nearly the same across the board, making the position digestible and easy to pick up.
I'm always looking for ways to take the current systems in my job and make them easier both for the company in terms of organization, and for team members in terms of comprehension and simplicity. While most of my experience is in food industry customer service most of my experience is transferable to any position that would require assistance within the workplace in terms of both customer service and support roles for offices or individuals. I'm passionate and hard working, and am looking to find a job that I can not only help in, but is best for me in terms of my mental health and my needs individually, as I believe that is the best way to be successful and retain long-term employment.
Education
I have graduated Highschool and have my GED and am currently studying my undergrad in Interior Design at George Brown College.
