In my most current position as a Recruitment Advisor with Nova Scotia Health Authority, I developed and managed job postings, screened resumes, and supported hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. I worked collaboratively with the recruitment team to enhance efficiency and refine recruitment strategies. This role honed my ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage a variety of administrative and HR-related responsibilities, including employee onboarding, compliance, and recruitment strategy.

Additionally, my previous roles in customer service, insurance, and administrative support have equipped me with exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail, and proficiency in a variety of systems including SAP, HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
