• Four months hands-on experience in a complex environment supporting multiple projects concurrently.

• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. For MS Project specifically, knowledge gained in generating multiple views and extracting various types of data in the same sheet. Examples include using Gantt Charts to view overall effort estimates for projects, using the Resource Sheet and Task Usage to map time of effort remaining per WBS item across variable timelines.

• Experience in resource and cost tracking including mapping Schedule Performance Index (SPI) as a product of Budgeted Work Scheduled, Performed (BCWS, BCWP), as well as High Level Solution Estimate (HLSE) mapping across various integrated dashboards.

• Attention to detail strengthened by being the prime resource for control of Integrated Project Dashboard. This consolidated data for multiple status reports across the entire Health Benefits Measurement (HBM) program, including financials, project manager updates, risks & issues, as well as % complete and Estimated Time to Completion (ETC).

• Knowledge of project management processes, including auditing and stage gating methodology. Examples include facilitation of Project Risk Assessments, consolidation of audit documentation (Project Deliverables Checklists) and preparation for stage gating sessions across multiple project phases, and Lessons Learned.

• Maintained In-Flight Dashboard-data entry and analytics including Forecast to Actual comparisons, using Actuals to generate ETC, data analysis to identify gaps, and architectural mapping of applications across interconnected systems.
