Brianna Dias

Hi, my name is Brianna Dias and I am a psychology student at the University of Guelph. 

My job experience consists of customer service and leadership. I started working at Shoppers Drug Mart when I was 16 and worked there for relatively three years. During these years I gained knowledge in organization, and leadership and improved my customer service skills. I was in charge of training new employees and maintaining customer satisfaction when there were complaints. From here I got a job at Pet Valu where I further learned how to manage a store. I was in charge of opening and closing the location and training new employees while monitoring their tasks. Along with this I worked in merchandising products and keeping the place orderly. 

I graduated high school in 2020 with honours and from here went off to the University of Guelph. At the moment I am expecting to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Psychology in June of 2024.
