Evaluate, negotiate and settle claims; effectively come to a mutual agreement if there is an issue and listen to the insured and concerns and act accordingly. Communicate/liaise with different departments if required on a given claim and process new claims and advice on coverages.
Negotiate tow rates/handle tow issues and determine liability and investigate claims as necessary per the individual claim; assess vehicle damages/review estimates/communicate with appraisers.
