I am an Executive Chef with over 20 years of professional experience in Pakistani and international cuisine. I have worked in high-volume restaurant kitchens, catering operations, and event cooking, including weddings, banquets, and corporate functions. I specialize in authentic Pakistani flavors while maintaining strong control over food costs, portioning, ingredient usage, and kitchen organization. My strengths include menu planning, food presentation, waste reduction, and ensuring every guest receives hot, fresh, and high-quality meals. I focus on running efficient, profitable kitchens while delivering excellent guest satisfaction.

Education

I hold a Qualifying Certificate in Food Protection issued by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (issued January 2024). This certification confirms my training in food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and proper food handling in professional kitchens. In addition, I have over 20 years of hands-on culinary training and experience in Pakistani restaurant kitchens, high-volume catering, and international cuisine preparation
