Caitlin Phelan

Hi, my name is Caitlin and I’m in my second years of advance human resources at George Brown College. I come from a hospitality background that decided to switch career paths, and venture into the business world. I excel well in a busy environment and thrive under pressure. I’m a quick learner and adapt to new roles and situations rapidly. Outside of work I love to travel, music, and attending sporting events. I’ve worked for high volume restaurants in the downtown core executing sales of 75k-80k a day. Slowly started to learn behind the scenes of operations which is why I’ve decided to switch paths and get into Human Resources.

I am currently enrolled in George Brown College Advance Human Resources. I have a good understanding of HR practices and procedures, and I work well under pressure. I am self-motivated to complete tasks on time. I am focused on and dedicated to team success. I hope to give fresh ideas to personnel management and make a positive impact.
