 am a strategic designer who combines behavioural science, systems thinking, and evaluation to help change leaders in non-profits, health, policy, and government strengthen, amplify, and showcase the impact of their work.

I am passionate about connecting people’s ideas and passions to their work and customers while showcasing the tangible results of their efforts. Over my career, I have partnered with clients from government, non-profits, health systems, and education, supporting them in driving change, fostering innovation, and assessing their impact. I help organizations create meaningful solutions and achieve more significant impact by combining strategic design with evaluation.

With over 25 years of experience at the forefront of social innovation and systemic design, I bring deep expertise and insight to my work. Currently, I serve as Vice-President of Evidence Generation at Blueprint. I hold a Credentialed Evaluator (CE) designation from the Canadian Evaluation Society, an MDes in Strategic Foresight and Innovation from OCAD University, and a PhD in Behavioural and Social Sciences from the University of Toronto.

In addition to my professional practice, I have served as an adjunct professor of public health at the University of Toronto, an Adjunct Faculty Fellow at the Dahdeleh Institute for Global Health Research at York University, and as an instructor at OCAD University, where I've taught graduate courses on service design and systems change in health systems. My contributions to the field include multiple published articles and recognition through awards.
