Corrosion Survey Scope Developer / RBMI Data Analyst (Upgrader 1 & 2)

• Define the Corrosion Survey inspection strategies according to Risk Based Inspection (RBI) to develop the annual and long-term plans. 
• Preparation of inspection packages for the Corrosion Survey plans, including on-line and off-line NDE on piping, equipment, pressure relief devices among others based on facilities requirements, inspection frequencies, IOW and operation opportunities. Ensure all master data related to NDE inspections is up-to-date and in compliance with material specifications.
• Responsible for the generation and follow-up of the notifications in SAP for the Corrosion Survey plan.     
• Follow-up and clean-up of inspection master data based on evaluation of condition, service and operational variables and Risk Based Inspection analysis results.
• Assign new condition monitoring locations (CMLs) on Corrosion Survey Drawings based on RBI criticality to support the condition monitoring program to manage corrosion and erosion survey preventive plan for the Reliability Quality Assurance Department, Suncor. AB. Canada.
