Experience

12 years’ work experience in administration. and financial management. Proficient in preparing accounting books, calculating invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, amortizations, depreciation, quotes, trial balances, and financial records.

Strong technical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with multiple ERPs, including QuickBooks, SAP, Dynamics, Iconstruye, Profit, Unysoft, and Solomon.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Experience in production environments, supporting teams to ensure seamless operations and workflow efficiency. 
Managed and supervised small teams (2-4 members).

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Administration with complementary coursework in administrative procedures and documentation. Trained in legal and office-related tasks with strong attention to detail and data handling
