Being a bilingual international student has been a privilege and a struggle at the same time I´m willing to always learn and do something new. Sales are the area where I´m just used to it as well as customer services, and human relations, and getting to know what your customers want is something that amazes me and I consider it a challenge that I always want to achieve. 

The first job I had it on my last day of high school, I was 17 years old and it was challenging to study and work from home all at the same time. I was a bilingual representative in a call center located in Mexico, that was working for different and well-known companies located in the USA. I had the task to check the customers´ billings, and their questions and even working on the retention team, explaining the great deals that the company has and how great it is to have the services. Also, an extra duty that I had was working in sales, giving new deals, and selling new products.

Currently I´m studying to achieve a Business Administration Marketing Option diploma. Wanting to specialize in advertising and social media area.
