Cassandra Corrie

Current registered nurse living in St. Catharines, Niagara, working in oncology. 

I will be going into my fifth year of nursing. I began my career in the emergency department, which is very difficult for a new graduate nurse to do, where I solidified my nursing skills and developed a strong foundation. From there I moved into oncology where I administer chemotherapy and biotherapy to patients. I have extensive hospital experience, as well as experience working in clinics related to my first degree in dietetics and also nursing homes where I used to volunteer during both of my undergraduate degrees. 

I hold two bachelor of science degrees. My first one is from Western University where I did an honours specialization in nutrition and dietetics and my second degree is my nursing degree from McMaster University where I graduated with honours in nursing with distinction.
