Chaeyun Kang

My name is Chaeyun Kang, and I am currently pursuing an Honours Sciences degree at the University of Waterloo. I arrived in Canada alone when I was 15, so I had to adapt to a new environment and overcome difficult challenges on my own. As a result, I was able to become a  responsible, adaptable, and organized person.

• Accompany foreign patients visiting the hospital's international healthcare center so they can visit the office and hospitalization room without getting lost
• Interprete for pre-treatment registration, smooth communication between doctors and patients during treatment, next appointment, and pre-operative consent form

• Identify the number of medicines after removing the packaging
  Attach the correct name and instruction label on the medicine container
• Pack a medication with a note containing instructions and precautions for the patient
