- Provided administrative support to the Policy Assembly team that includes preparing data reports in spreadsheets using CMOD and Halcion to aid team members track and pull hard copies of specific policies for special handling as requested by commercial and personal lines underwriters and managers across branches.
- Organized and assembled stacks of printed policies by transaction type ensuring that these are mailed out within a 24-hour turnaround time making sure that each policy has the applicable wordings and inserts attached especially for renewals and new businesses.
- Monitored incoming correspondence, communicate and coordinate between the policy assembly and underwriting teams to ensure that particular policies that include endorsements and cancellations are handled correctly as instructed.
