I have extensive experience in home inspection, building engineering, and property management, with a strong background in overseeing the maintenance and operations of both residential and commercial properties. In my previous roles, I demonstrated a high level of proficiency in tenant relations, property inspections, leasing, marketing, and managing property finances. My skills includes:

1.Managing day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, including new tenant welcome package setup, tenant relations, and property maintenance.

2.Conducting property inspections, managing maintenance and repair projects, and ensuring compliance with bylaws and regulations.

3.Organizing new property setups, preparing and managing budgets, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
