Provide quotes to customers and companies for necessary repairs including parts, labor and any additional fees or taxes, order parts according to authorization of client through the parts department. 

During my mortgage underwriting experience I have made prudent credit decisions on complex mortgage files. Receive, review, analyze and verify mortgage applications for completeness, accuracy, suitability and risk. Review clients credit history and provide credit coaching as needed. Review files and recommend mortgage deals for final approval. Discuss with client best product and interest rate that is suitable to client’s file and client’s needs. Maintain accurate information and detailed notes on applications. Issue mortgage commitment according to negotiated and approved terms outlining all conditions that must be met prior to deadline of condition date. Analyze and verify all supporting documents for clients and lenders are valid and accurate such as employment letters, pay stubs, YTD on track, bill of sales, marriage certificates, property appraisals etc. Review completeness and quality of file documentation

I have completed my Grade 12 diploma with various training courses over the years pertaining to the automotive industry as well as safety procedures and WHMIS within the companies I have been employed with.
