About Cheryl MacNeil:
I am trained in the Microsoft Office Suite of Tools and have experience in clerical / administrative positions. I have a lot of experience using computer programs to complete day to day tasks. I have a reputation for good attendance, punctuality, and attention to completing tasks. I have experience in both union and non-union environments.
I believe I have the skills to make recommendations that require the assessment of criteria against applicable policies, legislation, guidelines and / or regulations through my experience in becoming a registered member of a government regulated profession - Homeopath, first passing an in-depth government assessment, then through a complex application to the College of Homeopaths of Ontario. I have experience in delivering client services, providing information /explanation through my past role with as an office administrator / part owner of a Xerox agency.
Experience
As a Teamster working at Bruce Power and OPG: Serve customers at a parts counter; pack items for delivery; stock shelves; place orders; receive, verify, unpack and process shipments; perform inventory counts/reconciliation using Passport, SAP, Maximo and TMS tool and inventory management systems; operate forklifts. CSIS Security Screening was required.
As a co-owner of a Xerox agency: Office administration, customer service, sales, installations, accounts payable, type communications / sales proposals.
Education
I would say that my most relevant education would be Microsoft Office training and my administrative experience, as well as my experience as a college student and navigating the process of becoming a registered Homeopath after completing my diploma at CCHM.
