I am a highly passionate and experienced Recruiter & HR Generalist with 10+ years of experience. I lived in multiple countries (Canada and Lebanon) and had the chance to work with and learn from a diverse mix of highly skilled professionals. My heart is close to building a holistic HR approach, while providing top notch experience to candidates, stakeholders and team members using my strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience

Talent Management Specialist                                                                                         

  • Responsible for full cycle recruitment from operation requirements to onboarding candidate
  • Provide flexible hiring solutions for fast scaling business needs 
  • Design new recruiting procedures and sourcing of candidates to build a successful methodology
  • Work directly with higher management to forecast hiring needs
  • Direct follow up with local and international partners and donors to understand project requirements and liaise for projects recruitment implementation
  • Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events 
  • Produce reports on the progress and status of the recruitment outcomes to support higher management decisions
  • Define and implement processes to retain talent (e.g. onboarding, professional development plan, etc.) 
  • Collaborate with head of departments to identify training and development needs, and lead on the creation of employee development programs to enhance skills and knowledge 
  • Assist in implementing talent management strategies, such as succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Design and facilitate employee engagement activities, such as team building and employee recognition activities
