• Project Engineer for Plant Shut-Down Maintenance Planning and Execution including Integrity checks on the heavy industrial pumps, compressors, Pressure Vessels, re-calibration of Pressure relief Valves, component fabrication etc resulting in finishing ahead of schedule (SPI 1.3), savings on cost (CPI of 0.8) and quality delivery

• Collaborated with cross-functional team of technical Field staff for troubleshooting routine maintenance activities (and interventions) on key field equipment such as piping, static and rotating equipment to ensure quality service delivery, timely resolution of issues and proper housekeeping
• Supervised maintenance activities such as predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensured proper invoicing, job costing for all maintenance tasks and that work orders were executed in compliance with all safety rules and cost effectively
• Worked with Legal and Business Development departments to generate Purchase orders and Contracts for sourcing of spare parts and maintenance interventions for maintenance department
• Completed scope of work, specifications, tender documents/technical bid evaluations for various EPC contracts in Plant Operations and Maintenance Projects with attention to regulatory processes, codes and industry standards
