My experience at the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) and Elemental Data Collection Inc. has allowed me to develop key skills that are highly transferable to IT environments, including sensitive data management, protocol compliance, operational rigor, precise documentation, and clear communication.

Comfortable with digital tools, CRM platforms, and computerized environments, I am now seeking opportunities in Information Technology, technical support, cybersecurity, or data analysis—fields where data integrity and reliability are essential.

I have gained valuable experience through my roles at CMHC and Elemental Data Collection where I worked with sensitive information, followed strict operational protocols, and maintained high standards of accuracy and confidentiality. These positions strengthened my ability to manage data responsibly, document processes and communicate effectively

I am comfortable working with digital platforms, CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, and a variety of computerized tools. My background also includes data entry, telephone interviewing, basic router configuration, and foundational programming skills in Python. These experiences have prepared me to transition into IT roles where reliability, problem‑solving, and data integrity are essential.

Completed numerous hands-on labs (Cisco Packet Tracer, CLI), networking projects, vulnerability analysis, and automation through scripting. Developed strong skills in troubleshooting, network logic, system security, and technical documentation.
