Negotiate all price transactions for sellers and buyers • Obtain property information before acquisition • Analyse and interpret all legal agreements • Provides advice and guidance to decision makers • Manage priority projects, including workforce alignment projects, development of tools and technologies in support of workforce outcomes and tracking • Act as a link between corporations, government agencies, the agriculture industry, and landowners • Prepare and revise performance objectives, business policy objectives, and efficiency plans • Analyze and interpret existing, newly enacted and proposed local, state, federal legislation and regulations for policy impact on the organization • Support organization culture by providing guidance and activities to support the positive side of change and value the perspectives of everyone experiencing change in their daily work • Direct internal and external communication • Attend regularly scheduled meetings with the teams. • Plan, organize, develop, and produce briefings, reports, and presentations for senior management officials • Created customer service protocols
