I am an experienced operations and production manager with over 10 years of progressive leadership experience. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed teams of up to 18+ members while implementing safety protocols, optimizing operational workflows, and driving process improvements across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution environments.

As Production Manager at Tru Earth since August 2022, I have directed production quality assurance management including CAPA requirements while supervising team leads across multiple shifts and conducting hiring, onboarding, and retention activities. I have successfully implemented continuous improvement methodologies, established ERP systems (Acumatica), created Safe Work Procedures, and led facility R&D initiatives while serving as the primary point of contact for health and safety compliance.
