I'm a dedicated and hardworking business analyst & project manager, with 2 years of experience in supporting business growth and customer satisfaction. I have been involved in and successfully delivered complex BA projects for large multi-faceted organizations (ex: leading BA activities for a corporate client transitioning to a new HRIS software solution for their Payroll, Recruitment & Onboarding processes), as well as internal BA & PM projects (ex: development and ongoing improvement of Company's LMS platform).

I have led the development of my Company's LMS platform as a project manager. I worked with different teams (developers, UI/UX designers, QA...), prioritizing new platform features, UI/UX improvements and bug fixes, and breaking them down into 2-week sprints in JIRA, following the Agile methodology. 

During development, I conducted regular stand-up meetings, where each team member shared their progress and the issues they encountered, so that we could collectively resolve and mitigate blockers. At the same time, I maintained transparent and regular communication with stakeholders, managing their expectations and getting their approval.

I have led BA activities for a large corporate client during an 8-month long project of them transitioning to the ADP HRIS software, where I created various documentation (BRD, use cases, user stories...). 

Most notably, I established and have written documentation on their new and improved Payroll, Recruitment & Onboarding processes. There, I broke down the entirety of these processes and each software involved, in excruciating detail.

Based on this documentation, I have conducted knowledge transfer workshops to respective departments of the client's enterprise (HR, IT, Finance, Payroll...), and these departments are following these processes with the ADP system today.

I have generated sales prospects within dedicated tools, such as ZoomInfo and Snov.io, based on parameters (company headcount, location, job title, etc.).

These prospects went into our Pipedrive CRM database, where we tracked our outreach to them (which we did through email & LinkedIn messaging campaigns, using Saleshandy & Dripify respectively). I also have experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

I established our company's best practices for prospects filtering, outreach and synchronization between the CRM and outreach software.

I have completed Vancouver Film School's Game Design and Programming program with honours and an award for Excellence in Storytelling.

This was a 1-year intensive program covering everything pertaining to the computer games industry. It included courses in project planning, team management and leadership.

Also, I have completed first and second year university courses in computer science, math, economics, etc. at Corpus Christi College, as well as Thompson Rivers University.
