I am a passionate therapist who believes in working collaboratively with my clients to uncover the root of their difficulties, and what matters most to them in their lives. As a therapist, I remain committed to helping my clients better understand themselves, and strengthen their own internal resources. My approach is integrative and combines mindfulness, somatic, CBT, and ACT interventions within a holistic health framework. I specialize in the areas of women's fertility, perinatal health, early parenthood, burnout, and chronic or psychosomatic illness. I feel this work is truly a privilege and am looking to broaden my horizons in the field.
