About Cristina Everett:

My area of study focuses on how humans interact with each other and their given environment and
analysis of where improvement is needed. Through this, in contribution to my multicultural background, 
I have gained a keen awareness of my surroundings and social environment, making me a great 
communicator alongside my approachable personality. Studying International Development and 
sociology, there are insights and perspectives I can provide to help the growth and management of various 
industries. As well as gained report-based knowledge on how to write logical frameworks, policy briefs, and proposals. Teamwork and positive interactions are the foundation for a healthy work environment.

  • Conducting workshops of 10+ people on interpersonal communication and conflict management.
  • Collaborate with other facilitators and coordinators to create and adjust content for optimal workshop experience.
  • Trained in dealing with conflict management and enabling growth.

  • Virtual peer mentor for incoming international students at the University.
  • Conducted weekly meetings with an average of 30 student
  • A total of 5 hours a week excluding meeting preparations and individual assistance.
