I am a customer-focused marketer with 10 years in the field, and 8 of those focused on Lifecycle marketing strategy and implementation. I'm looking to bring my experience and personality to a company whose product, vision and goals align with my own! Looking forward to chatting.

Experience

I've spent 10 years in marketing, 2 as a freelance marketer for small local businesses, and 8 working as a Lifecycle Lead at major Canadian start ups. From Rakuten Kobo to League, I've worked in companies that are adjusting to major acquisitions, and ones that are preparing for public offerings. 

My focus as a marketer is totally on customer needs, and I've seen great success in each one of my roles in this approach. From selling items throfuh eCommerce, acquiring and retaining monthly subscribers, and focusing on active app engagement, I have experience with many B2C customer journies.

Education

I have a degree in Visual Merchandiser arts from Sheridan College, which is where I learned the foundation of my work as a marketer. Understanding how customers interpret and engage with displays, translated well into that same understanding for emails, paid media, and OOH ads.
