  13. Worked with HubSpot, Salesforce, Nutshell CRMs, Meta, and Google, and content management systems such as WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace, which are all integral for collecting data. I've worked with cobbled systems where manual data collection was required!!
  14. Brand development: Mission, vision, high-level concept, ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, content design planning, brand style guides.
