• Oversee production process by sorting customer orders of company products in an efficient manner; 
• Ensure efficient packaging, transportation and delivery of products to retailers within stipulated time; 
• Client Relations, including updating of clients on the anticipated stock to be produced by the company to ensure efficient delivery of service by the company; 
• Oversaw the Commercial department, dealing with Several corporate clients, anticipating and resolving commercial gridlocks on behalf of these clients in advance; 
• Drafted and reviewed several term sheets and agreements, and also participated in strategic contract negotiation sessions; 
• Conducted legal research and drafted memos and legal opinions.
