Grew up on remote island b.c coast and went for my red seal in high school been a professional chef since I was 16 love working in kitchens working in 12 different industries from family owned cafés, kid camps,logging camps. Remote contract catering and commercial boats. Ran hotel and cafe for over 9 years

Did cooks training in malaspina College in Brooks secondary at 16 graduated early working at Roger's fishing lodge nootka sound. Then working at strathcona park lodge for 2 seasons at 18
I have worked for YMCA 100 mile house kids summer camp. Cooked for 35 kids when I was 19
Sonora island resort, for 4 months at age of 20.
smitty restaurant comox for 4 years and Ricky all day grill for 4 years until I was 24.
texada island , ran texada Inn hotel kitchen and Mary Mary cafe for over 8 years as head chef.
commercial fishing boats seasonally from April to June. 2020- 2024
2024 worked as a temp for ben west logging Did 4 months . Also temp for K.D contracting as bull cook and head cook relief
King pacific lodge sub contract 3 months 2024
Contract 6 months head of commercial bunk house klemtu kaitsoo native territory 2025 . Private catering/ banquet. Cooking for 3 different companies. KETZA pacific contracting, K&D contracting and (SBL) spirit bear lodge off season private catering up to 50 people and then banquet up to 300 people.
I have also done lots of private events of catering up to 200 people.
I'm extremely comfortable in a kitchen and thrive in remote settings and long hours
