A startup gamifying the consumer journey for clients across South Asia and North America.

• Led a team of 5 engineers & designers to develop a SaaS platform for gamified surveys and data visualization.
• Launched a gamified survey and live trivia application called Dough with 20k+ users on Google Play.
• Managed the entire feature development lifecycle using the agile approach, fostering synergy.
• Updated and launched features and conducted surveys of 500+ participants for Unilever South Asia.

• Led a team of 3 developers to develop an indigenous youth collaboration web app for UNDP. 
• Oversaw the design and launch of a B2B first aid kit management app with a 6-member team.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including engineering and sales, ensuring a smooth development process for 4 eCommerce sites and over 10 websites.
• Managed a team of 5 developing features for an Enhanced Messaging System & Survey Scheduler.
