Over the past year, I embarked on a career transition and had the privilege of working 100% remotely with an e-commerce company in Atlanta, Georgia, handling a Customer Support role. What began as a switch quickly turned into a passionate journey. I took the reins of the entire support team and honed a skill set that I believe would be a valuable addition to your team

Joining a company that previously lacked a support department, I spearheaded a swift turnaround within a few months. This success led to an expanded role. I led daily calls, addressing project needs, concerns, and fixes. In cases where immediate solutions weren’t viable, I reported directly to the company owner

This experience refined my abilities in invoicing, communication, and quick problem-solving. My knack for rapid learning and adaptability has become one of my strongest suits. I'm comfortable wearing multiple hats at work—while it can be intense, I find that working under pressure brings out my best efforts.
