I am a senior lecturer in food science with around 15 years of experience collaborating with the food industry, focusing on product development and quality assessment. I hold a bachelor's, master's, and PhD in food science, and I have expertise in areas such as meat science, bakery technology, sensory science, and the processing of fruits and vegetables. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with food processors to make a positive impact on the industry.
