With over a decade of professional experience, I am a seasoned strategic consultant specializing in organizational transformation, digital strategy, and corporate financial planning. My expertise covers external and internal consulting, leadership roles, and entrepreneurial ventures within the Higher-Education, construction, finance, and F&B industries. 

 My profile, blending analytical & leaderships skills, has naturally been used to drive transformation initiatives, taking over complicated situations to turn them into healthy sustainable new practices, especially in complex politicized environment where one needs to exercise influence without authority.  

My probably unusual career history has served me well so far. I followed my curiosity, and it led me to places ranging from consultancy to start-up/scale-up in Indonesia, to become CIO of a leading University, board member of a national institution, or more recently to experience a year-long stint in a re-skilling center. This diversity shaped my profile intro a true 4x4 transformation leader.
