  • Integrated strategic planning, budget, risk and improvement framework for a $150M/year spend department.
  • Led the strategy and process re-design leading to a time savings of 6 hours per week for 15 key positions.

  • Worked alongside Software Engineers to automate workflows and create tools and dashboards on strict timelines.
  • Acted as the Charter Lead for all Project Management Deliverables including a redesign of program lifecycles.

  • Set up SharePoint to serve as a Performance Management System to keep track of project progress and close-out recordkeeping.
  • Defined roles & responsibilities and decision-making matrix for 15 core positions ranging from Project Coordinator to Director of Integrity. 
  • Created Construction Readiness, Site Visit, Field Execution & Close-out Checklists to ensure organized and efficient planning.
  • Identified & remediated gaps within workflow and structured job descriptions for each individual position’s scope of work. 
  • Created oversight dashboard for Integrity Managers and Directors to monitor performance of individual project progress and maintain accountability over Project Managers. 
  • Standardized the Work Breakdown Structure to a cross-functional list to ensure cross-departmental efficiency.

  • Ideate on a high level and convey proposals to both the VP and to the product team to improve the review process.

  • Finalize process trials as well as formulating documents and reference materials to automate current processes.
  • Liaise and support Engineering and Product team with ideation around priority focuses of future state proposals. 
  • Delegate tasks to support individuals to aid the implementation of proposals and plan a launch date with Leadership. 
  • Work on Quality Assurance teams to finalize projects whilst ensuring standards and forecasts are met at delivery.
  • Implemented a workflow change which increases ~25% of volume capacity whilst maintaining quality standards.
  • Assist in the managing of part-time staff while analyzing performance and scheduling further enhancement training.
  • Key Accomplishments:
  • Created a standardized timesheet & monitoring system for all full-time & part time employees to ensure productivity & recordkeeping of work being completed.
  • Created training database as well as materials to streamline a training process which takes ~1 week compared to a training process of ~3 weeks prior.
  • Restructured search methodology for data analysts increasing workload capacity by ~25% which amounted to ~$650,000 of hiring cost savings.
  • Tested new platforms & reported issues with the product team to remediate prior to launch for the team of 30 analysts.
