• Maintained an extensive knowledge of menus, from the origin of ingredients to cooking methodology, in order to educate guests and answer questions.
• Collaborated with 11 other servers to minimize wait times for customers, regardless of which table they were assigned.
• Bussed tables, presented menus, seated customers, and assisted waiters with drink orders.
• Cleaned tables and floors of the dining area, ensuring that customers enjoy a pleasant, hygienic dining experience.
