· Defining dies and scanned extruded samples under Ascona scanner-optical measurement
· Designed gauges on Solidworks, 3D printed them to examine parts faster at production
· Auditing the extrusion process to maintain Quality standards
· Handling Non-Conforming Reports and customer returns, new product development
· Documentation for PPAP requests, monitoring progress of activities & project schedule
