I graduated as a Culinary Art Major, with passion on Technology and management. I'm currently taking my master's in management specializing in emeging technology.

 I always have a knack for fixing things and making things efficient to product 0 waste.

Experience

Customer Support Supervisor - I managed a team of customer support reps, helping improve performance and customer satisfaction. I provided coaching and feedback, while also working with other teams to improve workflows and reduce response times.
 

Customer Support Teammate - I helped customers with technical and account issues through phone, email, and chat, consistently meeting performance targets. I also supported my teammates by sharing tips and assisting with difficult cases.

Line Cook Intern - I helped run a busy kitchen by maintaining cleanliness and following food safety protocols. I also managed inventory using FIFO to reduce food waste and ensure fresh ingredients.
