Jia Bo Cheng

I am a student in biopharmaceutical sciences at University of Montreal(Y1) and I am skilled in customer service. I have many years of experience as a cashier and helper in customer service at Depanneur Xp-Cheng and I am fluent in English, French and Mandarin Chinese. I have mastered Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. 

I have 5 years of customer service in a depanneur as a cashier, helper and customer service agent(I have responded to all types of calls). I worked there part-time, because I had school full time in cegep ahuntsic and in university, so my job was to serve customers using my cashiering skills, to help them in their purchases, and to answer phone calls for customers. 

I have completed my first year of university(right now)(in April 2023) as a university of Montreal student in biopharmaceutical sciences.
