Diana Suranyi

I was born in Hungary. After graduation I worked as an apprentice at a pottery studio while I studied pottery at a Fine Art school in Budapest. After my certification I worked at two other pottery studios for a few years, when I finally opened my own studio. I moved to Ontario, Canada in 2003. I started A.S.K Pottery in 2004 making functional, decorative pottery. I participated in guild shows and craft shows for years. After a professional burn-out I closed my studio and started a new career in horticulture. I worked in a Chrysanthemum greenhouse as a propagator while I studied horticulture at the University of Guelph. When the pandemic hit, I got sick from Covid-19. I decided it's time to start a new chapter, packed up everything and moved to beautiful Lepreau, NB. I worked for Tim Horton's for a year, and I learned new skills in food making. Fen's Market Lepreau hired me as a pizza maker and cashier, and I worked for them for almost a year. Meanwhile I started a new pottery studio, Moss Hill Pottery, which right now serves only as a hobby.

I'm a hard worker. I love making things let it be a pot or a pizza, I take pride in whatever I do. I'm precise, clean, paying attention to detail. I follow orders, but I can make decisions if it needed. I'm kind and cheerful with the customers. 

I'm a certified potter.

I'm a certified herbalist.

I have a diploma in horticulture.

I achieved a certification in food safety and food handling.
