- Spearheaded the implementation of Workplace by Meta as an internal communications tool, enhancing connectivity among 150 employees.

- HR Administration and Recruitment
- Maintained meticulous documentation for personnel files and HR records, handling the transition to electronic records through BambooHR for a workforce of 150 employees.
- Orchestrated the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the production team, responsible for staffing needs across three shifts (AM, PM, overnight). Successfully hired approximately 5-10 employees monthly.
- Drafted comprehensive job descriptions and created compelling job postings on platforms like BambooHR and Indeed. Actively participated in various job fairs to attract top talent.s
- Hiring: Managed the hiring process, including candidate screening, conducting phone interviews, scheduling in-person interviews with supervisors/managers, and assisting in preparing offer letters. Diligently handled the filing of new hire documents.
- Onboarding - Conducted plant tours and facilitated first-day orientations for new hires. Ensured comprehensive health and safety training and collected complete documentation for submission to the payroll department.
- Offboarding - Managed documentation and asset collection during the offboarding process.
- Benefits - Collaborated with the HR Manager in collecting employee information and tracking probation periods for enrollment in benefits programs.
- Proactively tracked and followed up on employee Work Permit and PR status, maintaining accurate documentation through BambooHR.
- Timesheets - ensured accurate hours recorded and approved by supervisors, submitting completed hours to payroll Accounting team
- Health & Safety Support
- Supported the Health and Safety Officer in processing WorkSafe interviews and diligently followed up on requirements for injury reports..
