  • Escalated issues in Ticketing tool environment with JIRA, Mitel TeamTrack and others
  • Configure and test IP/analog phonesand their functionality with VoIP adaptersand Analog Lines

  • Maintain and upgradelab SIP call servers, syslog serversand crash log servers
  • Help in recovering phones from Brickmode using Flash
